Branding

This is the full package. We will design and implement a logo, icons, typography, complementary designs as well as choose and refine your brand color palette. Branding is already included in the premium package.

Social Media

When you book the social media package, we'll set up three social media profiles for you and make sure your website integrates seamlessly with Facebook and/or Google Ads.

Who benefits from the extra drafts?

In case you feel like the smallest package is sufficient, you may still want to be able to choose between different styles. However, there's no need to book it in advance, we can discuss that as we go along. We're pretty open and love to include your feedback in our design revisions.
But if you want a selection from the get-go, then this if for you.
Please note that the premium package already includes 3 drafts.

Do I need ongoing support?

Those who want a hands-off experience usually prefer the ongoing support. We will make regular backups, update plugins, and fix small issues. For serious errors or changes we usually apply our hourly rate.

Do you offer copywriting services?

We do not currently offer any separate package for copywriting so you would need to deliver your texts. If you need help, feel free to reach out.

Can you create my privacy policy?

We can point you in the right direction. Although there are various templates, we ultimately recommend consulting a lawyer for your privacy policy as it's a crucial piece of the puzzle and we're no legal experts.

Custom emails

We will set up & design your professional @yourbusinessname.com email. If you want us to migrate your email list, let us know. Of course, it all matches your brand new website design and will integrate smoothly.

What email tools do you use?

We use a variety of tools but usually opt for G Suite or Zoho as email providers. We are familiar with multiple ESPs such as ActiveCampaign, GetResponse, ConvertKit, MailerLite, and Drip.

Are custom emails included in your packages?

Custom emails are included in our Plus and Premium packages.

Will you run marketing campaigns?

We do not run marketing campaigns. Writing newsletter copy, managing the email list, evaluating open rate & CTR is up to you.

Who benefits from a page speed audit?

Every business needs a snappy site, period. If you're booking one of our design packages, then you don't need this package as we'll make it fast.
No junk plugins, no clunky code & no bloat, promised.
But if your current site has abysmal speeds, we can fix that.

What does the page speed audit entail?

We'll discuss your needs and get rid of any bloat while keeping what's necessary to run your business. We may introduce a CDN, compress photos, remove clunky plugins, minify CSS, delay scripts, and so on.
Sometimes we recommend a host change. Chat with us for more info.

Can you promise high speed scores?

While we can't promise 80-90+ scores for everybody, we're pretty confident it's achievable for most. A simple blog can make it to 90+ scores, whereas a complex shop or site heavy on photo/video may prioritize the customer's journey. We'll always be upfront about what's possible, just us drop a message.
